1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Believe Express Couriers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By shipping with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined herein.

2. Scope of Services

Believe Express Couriers provides:

  • Courier and delivery services (online-based only)

  • Package pickup and local delivery

  • Assisted online shopping service ($10 USD fee)

We operate as a delivery-only service, with no physical storefront for walk-ins.

3. Pickup & General Address

Pickup Location:
1121 Barracuda Avenue, Braeton Phase 3, St. Catherine

General Address:
Portmore, St. Catherine

4. Service Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Portmore

  • Spanish Town

  • Kingston

  • Papine / Mona

Delivery outside these areas may not be available at this time.

  • Any package below 1 lb is rounded up to 1 lb

  • No hidden or additional fees

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Customers will be notified once packages are ready for delivery

7. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

  • All items are shipped at the customer’s own risk

  • Believe Express Couriers is not liable for:

    • Damage due to poor packaging

    • Vendor errors or incorrect items

    • Delays beyond our control

  • Responsibility begins once the package is in our possession and ends upon delivery

8. Fragile & High-Value Items

  • Fragile items (glass, electronics, liquids, etc.) are shipped at the customer’s risk

  • We strongly recommend proper packaging from suppliers

9. Prohibited Items

We do NOT accept:

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Weapons or ammunition

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Perishable goods

  • Counterfeit items

  • Cash or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited items may be confiscated without refund.

10. Assisted Online Shopping Service

  • Service fee: $10 USD per order

  • Full payment required before purchase

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Wrong sizes or items

    • Vendor delays or cancellations

  • All disputes remain between customer and vendor

11. Payments

  • All payments must be completed before delivery

  • Payments are non-refundable once processing begins

12. Rewards Program

Referral Bonus

  • Refer 5 persons → Get 10% OFF 5 packages (once each person ships)

Royalty Points System

  • Every additional referral = 5 points

  • Conversion:

    • 5 points = $5 JMD

    • 10 points = $10 JMD

  • Points can be redeemed at $500 JMD minimum

13. Claims & Complaints

  • Must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof (photos, receipts) may be required

  • WhatsApp messages are accepted as communication but may require formal follow-up

14. Storage & Uncollected Packages

  • Customers must arrange delivery promptly

  • Packages left unclaimed for extended periods may incur storage fees or be disposed of

15. Cancellations

  • Orders must be canceled before processing begins

  • Once shipment is processed, cancellation is not guaranteed

16. Amendments

Believe Express Couriers reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
